Not long ago, social media (particularly Instagram) was buzzing of Tonto Dikeh’s constant declaration of her love for her husband, Oladunni Churchill. As recent as last October, she was singing his praises after she claimed he bought her a new car. Something that, as we have now come to find out, thanks to her recent revelation, may or may not have been a true representation.
In that October post, she talked about how deeply she loved him and how he changed her life for the better. Four months later she is accusing him of all kinds of things, revealing she had lied and misrepresented what he actually did for him and even going as far as accusing him of infecting her with various STDs.
Below is a post the actress wrote when the going was good…
Churchill wrote this to Tonto in March 2016 on Mothers Day
I don’t say it enough.
I don’t say it loud enough.
I don’t say it with as much passion as I feel.
I don’t say it when I always should.
But, here I go…
I married a fantastic woman
I want the world to know
that I LOVE YOU with everything that I am!! You’re dependable, wonderful, and full of kindness.
You’re one fabulous wife and an amazing mother to our son
A brilliant mother and one of my best friends.
Because of you my life is filled with
smiles, beautiful moments, and true love.
You are a phenomenal woman.
All that you do makes my life more wonderful than you may ever know.
God has given me a woman that has proven to be a beautiful mother,
a wonderful wife,
and an amazing friend.
I’m thankful to God
for you being such a blessing in my life.
Happy Mother’s Day Baby.❤️❤️❤️
I have always said that regular people (who model their lives in accordance with their favorite celebrities) need to be careful. Nothing is ever what it seem. There are so many pretenders out there who, if not careful, will cause you to lose what you have going for you just because you want to be like them. Let this be a cautionary tale for everyone. Nuffsaid!
