“Badgirl-turn-good” is the best way to describe this success story that is Tonto Dikeh. For many years we watch her terrorize everyone, not just with her incredibly believable acting skills on the screen, but also for her outspokenness on social media and even personal encounters.
At her worst, we saw her sink so low that many of us were worried for her, considering that our society is not formed to fit the lifestyle that she put out there. We saw her parade marijuana on social media and picked fights with random and not so random people who dare question her behavior. She lived her life with such reckless abandon. But we have also seen her rise above all that.
She’s shared her personal struggles(which doesn’t necessarily justify those behaviors, but we get it) in bid to encourage others as well as opening up about depression and her attempted suicide. She finally cleaned up her image. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better for this young woman who, for many years, we all love to hate, she announces one of her biggest success and inspirational projects, yet. Tonto Dikeh is giving back to the community.
According to what she said, the non-governmental organization will partner with schools, hospitals, Motherless babies homes clinics, therapeutic counselors, mosques, churches, government ministries, government agencies and well meaning Nigerians and other NGOs, Charity foundations who wants to make positive impact in our country.
Good on you, Tonto! See photos, below;
