Love is in the air. George Clooney and his new bride Amal Alamuddin stepped out looking quite relaxed less than a day after their star-studded wedding in Venice, Italy.
The newly-weds cruise through the heart of Venice in a gorgeous wooden motor launch in their first public appearance since they exchanged vows on Saturday night.
Wearing a lacy white dress embroidered with pink and red floral motifs by the Italian designer Giambattista Valli Couture, the 36-year-old human rights lawyer (who looked every inch a movie star) waved to the crowds, an elegant, diamond-encrusted wedding ring on her finger.
And by her side stood George, looking incredibly happy, wearing a sharp grey suit, a shimmering blue and silver tie, and a huge smile on his face. He sported a simple, platinum wedding band on his wedding finger.
The couple’s water taxi was surrounded by a small armada of other craft, including police patrol boats with their blue lights flashing and motor launches carrying paparazzi photographers and television crews from around the world. Venice is such a beautiful city. See more photos, below;
