I’m generally not a fan of Afro-pop-singer Iyanya, mainly because of how he treated Yvonne Nelson(hope I’m allowe to say that….lol) But this time arund, you gotta give props to whom prop is due. He did something really awesome on his birthday.
The Kukere singer for his 27th birthday visited inmates at the Ikoyi Prison, in Lagos, Nigeria. Not only did Iyanya visit, he brought food items, and basically made their day by interacting with the inmates, admonishing them, and doing a special performance for them.
He also promised to build a recoding studio for musically gifted inmates. See pictures below:
